Our product, the consecration of three generations,
is voted best pizza in the World*, as we are privileged
to work with no less than the undisputed and
celebrated master and re-inventor of Neapolitan pizza:
Franco’s creations are a virtuoso and passionate
expression of his native terroir, la Campania, as well as
a unique carousel of carefully chosen, authentic
products. Mozzarella from “Caseiﬁcio Il Casolare”,
Black Casertano pig, Riccio tomatoes, Cetara
anchovies or Crisommola apricots from the slopes of
Mount Vesuvius – be prepared for an eruption of great
ﬂavours and taste.
At the basis we work with an exclusive mix of custom
milled organic ﬂours, and Franco’s very own brewer’s
yeast, created over years of dedicated research.
Together with ample leavening time, and in the hands
of our master trained Pizzaiolo, they make for the
perfect dough, giving our pizzas their hallmark taste,
exceptional texture and lightness.
